Palindrome Communications Is Building Brands And Expert Advisors

Palindrome Communications is run by three co-founders and brothers; Rauf, Talhah, and Khalid Fadzillah. Their business journey began as a market test and then moved towards a clear value proposition as they discovered the problem to be tackled for their market.

There’s massive potential for traction and business growth online. Many of us might be aware of this by now. However, achieving the milestones necessary to raise brand awareness and build authority is not always straightforward, especially in an evolving digital landscape with competitive or saturated spaces that can be difficult to navigate.

Fortunately, there are many techniques, strategies, and methods that have been made accessible, including solutions providers, tools, and systems to empower your marketing efforts. Content marketing has been used by many successful brands, many of which utilize blogs as platforms for getting content (and their overall sites) to rank via SEO.

Palindrome Communications offers an SEO-driven blog writing service to help businesses build their online presence through engaging content for their company blogs. It is run by three co-founders and brothers; Rauf, Talhah, and Khalid Fadzillah. Their business journey began as a market test and then moved towards a clear value proposition as they discovered the problem to be tackled for their market.

The three founders of Palindrome Communications. Brothers Rauf, Khalid, and Talhah

It all began a couple of years ago when the three brothers realized that businesses were striving for a stronger digital presence through consistent content creation. It seemed that blog posts were being revitalized as a medium because they were the quickest and easiest way for businesses to provide value through informative (and skimmable) written content.

Business blogs (or branded blogs) also have the power to quickly establish brands as authorities and their founders as prominent thought leaders in their respective industries. However, it seems that many business owners often don’t have the time or resources to produce blog posts consistently because they’re so caught up in the day-to-day running of their businesses.

It appears that small businesses and startups have been struck hardest by this problem, which leads small teams to write blog posts themselves while juggling other tasks.

The Palindrome brothers realized that there was an urgent need for affordable, quality, and timely SEO-friendly blog posts that fulfilled the current demand for consistent content creation, and they were confident in their ability to deliver.

Rauf and Khalid come from writing backgrounds (media and communications). Between them, there’s combined experience of about 20 years in the field. Rauf and Khalid started in the advertising industry and moved into business and lifestyle journalism before leaving the workforce and striking out on their own.

Rauf worked for New Straits Times and Khalid worked for SME Magazine, both of which are among some of the most recognizable publications in their home country of Malaysia. The other co-founder Talhah has had his fair share of experience in content creation and writing as well. They've been writing articles for a long time, so it feels natural to them to give back to small businesses, startups, and the wider business community in this way. Active experience in the field working for well-known publications have shaped their understanding of how well-researched, long-form pieces can make a difference.

There are possibly many businesses scrambling to adapt to an environment in which more emphasis is being placed on adopting digital tech (including things like SEO-driven content and building a greater online presence via thought leadership).

With so many struggling in these trying times, it may not seem like it right now, but look closely and you may be able to find opportunities.

Moving forward, Palindrome aims to keep helping businesses with digitization by helping them to provide value through consistent and informative content creation. Their hope is to help turn clients into prominent expert advisors that customers trust and rely on.
