Qualtrics Builds APJ’s Leading Team Of XM Professionals
They are proven leaders in their respective fields.
Qualtrics, the leader in customer and employee experience and creator of the experience management category, today announced it has further expanded its abilities to help businesses across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) improve the experiences they deliver with a series of new senior appointments.
Since the beginning of 2020, Qualtrics has added to its team of regional experts to create APJs leading team of XM professionals. The new additions are spread across APJ giving all businesses in the region access to proven, experienced, and high-performing professionals across customer, employee, and brand experience, and research design.
Crissa Sumner joins the company as Lead Employee Experience (EX) Solution Strategist for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). In this role, Crissa is responsible for helping businesses in ANZ develop EX strategies that drive superior employee and organisational performance. Crissa brings rich experience across public sector, education, and talent management from her previous roles.
The Qualtrics EX team is further bolstered by the appointment of Mikito Ichikawa, Lead EX Solution Strategist for Japan – the first appointment of its type in the country. Mikito is responsible for leading the growth of EX in the Japanese market. He is one of Japans leading EX experts, with more than 20 years experience helping organisations increase employee engagement and productivity.
Both Crissa and Mikito report into Steve Bennetts, Head of EX Solutions and Strategy for Qualtrics in APJ.
Harish Agarwal joins as Lead, Customer Experience (CX) Solutions Strategist for Southeast Asia, India and Hong Kong. Based in Singapore, Harish provides expert guidance to help organisations set-up and scale their customer experience programs. Harish is a practitioner who has led large scale customer experience transformation initiatives in his past roles. Prior to joining Qualtrics, he was Head of Customer Experience and Segments at Prudential Singapore, where he was also a user of the Qualtrics platform.
In Japan, Tomoko Kyuzaki takes the role of Lead CX Solutions Strategist for Japan. In this role Ms. Kyuzaki leads organisations as they increasingly look to transform traditional CX platforms to keep pace with rapidly changing customer demands. She is an experienced CX expert having led the Business Transformation Office at Zurich Insurance and guiding financial service companies through business change at Deloitte.
Tomoko and Harish report into Vicky Kastabaris, Head of CX Solutions and Strategy for Qualtrics in APJ.
Kunjal Patel has been appointed as Research Services Regional Sales Manager for APJ. In this role, Kunjal will be responsible for ensuring businesses across the region have access to Qualtrics full-service market research programs built on best-in-class technologies. Based out of Singapore, Kunjals role will see him bring these technology-first solutions to Hong Kong, South Korea, India, and other regions across APJ. For almost 20 years Kunjal has delivered strategic advice to businesses helping fuel growth, most recently as Head of Business at Nielsen Singapore.
Kunjal will report to Jason Brown, Research Services Global Regional Sales Director.
